2. Prepare Your Truck and Equipment
Ensure the truck is parked, engine off, and you have:
A stable internet connection
A Windows laptop
A compatible diagnostic adapter (NEXIQ, VOCOM, or Inline 6/7)
Keep the laptop accessible near the truck during the session.

Install the free version of TeamViewer on your Windows laptop from:

2. Connect to the Truck
Hook up to the vehicle using your diagnostic interface (CAT CA3 vehicle interface)).
3. Send Your TeamViewer Credentials
Provide us with your TeamViewer ID and password so our technician can connect and complete the remote programming.

If the reprogramming does not perform as described under normal operating conditions, we will re-perform the service at no additional cost.
