1. Download TeamViewer
Install the free version of TeamViewer on your Windows laptop from: www.TeamViewer.com
2. Connect to the Truck
Hook up to the vehicle using your diagnostic interface (NEXIQ, VOCOM, or Inline 6/7).
3. Send Your TeamViewer Credentials
Provide us with your TeamViewer ID and password so our technician can connect and complete the remote programming.
This remote programming service carries a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the calibration does not perform as described under normal operating conditions, we will re-tune or adjust the calibration at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper use, hardware failures, ECM damage, or use outside of the specified vehicle application. All warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original service date.
