2. Prepare Your Truck and Equipment
Ensure the truck is parked, engine off, and you have:
A stable internet connection
A Windows laptop
A compatible diagnostic adapter (NEXIQ, VOCOM, or Inline 6/7) Keep the laptop accessible near the truck during the session.
Remote Connection Steps
1. Download TeamViewer
Install the free version of TeamViewer on your Windows laptop from: www.TeamViewer.com
2. Connect to the Truck
Hook up to the vehicle using your diagnostic interface (NEXIQ, VOCOM, or Inline 6/7**).
3. Send Your TeamViewer Credentials
Provide us with your TeamViewer ID and password so our technician can connect and complete the remote programming.
This remote tuning service carries a 30-day satisfaction warranty. If the tune does not perform as described or generates unexpected fault codes related to the programming performed, we will revise the calibration at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover mechanical failures, hardware damage, misuse, or issues unrelated to the ECM calibration. No refunds will be issued once the remote session has been completed.
