2. Prepare Your Truck and Equipment
Ensure the truck is parked, engine off, and you have:
A stable internet connection
A Windows laptop
A compatible diagnostic adapter (NEXIQ, VOCOM, or Inline 6/7) Keep the laptop accessible near the truck during the session.

Hook up to the vehicle using your diagnostic interface (NEXIQ, VOCOM, or Inline 6/7**).
3. Send Your TeamViewer Credentials
Provide us with your TeamViewer ID and password so our technician can connect and complete the remote programming.
This remote tuning service comes with a 30-day warranty covering tune performance and ECM calibration integrity. If you experience any tune-related issues within 30 days of the programming session, our technicians will perform a complimentary re-tune or adjustment at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by hardware failure, incompatible aftermarket modifications, user error, or issues unrelated to the ECM tune. All warranty claims must be submitted via email with a description of the issue and vehicle information.
