This service provides professional ECM (Engine Control Module) tuning for Caterpillar construction equipment manufactured between 2011 and 2015. The tune removes DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) and EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) restrictions from the ECM, resulting in improved engine performance, reduced downtime from DPF regeneration cycles, and lower maintenance costs. Customers can choose between remote programming (file-based) or shipping their ECM to our facility for direct flashing. This product is intended strictly for OFF-ROAD use only. It is not legal for use on public roads or highways. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international emissions laws and regulations. This tune is designed for closed-course competition, racing, or off-highway equipment use only.
Option 1 – Remote Programming: Extract your ECM file using a compatible reading tool, send the file to us via our secure upload portal, and receive a tuned file within 1-2 business days to reflash your ECM. Option 2 – ECM Shipping: Remove your ECM from the vehicle, securely package it, and ship it to our facility. We will program and return it within 3-5 business days. Full instructions are provided upon order confirmation.
This service includes a 1-year warranty covering the integrity of the tune and ECM programming. The warranty does not cover physical damage to the ECM, improper installation, or use outside the specified vehicle application. In the event of an issue, contact our support team for a free retune or correction service.
